Overview
How it works and why it fits.
A fan coil unit pulls room air across a chilled-water coil and blows it back into the space. Each FCU has its own thermostat, so hotel rooms, cabins and wards can be controlled individually while the main cooling comes from a central chiller plant. FCUs come as ceiling-concealed, cassette, wall-mounted and floor-standing models.

Usually yes, if the chiller and pumps have spare capacity. We check the plant before recommending new FCUs.
Do you service FCUs?
Yes. Filter cleaning, coil washing, drain tray cleaning, motor checks and valve servicing are all part of our AMC.
