Water chillers

Overview

How it works and why it fits.

Chillers cool water that is pumped to AHUs, fan coil units or process equipment across a building or plant. Air-cooled chillers reject heat through fans, and water-cooled chillers use a cooling tower for higher efficiency at scale. They suit sites where many zones or machines need steady, controllable cooling around the clock.

  • Air-cooled and water-cooled configurations
  • Feeds AHUs, FCUs and industrial process equipment
  • Staged or variable capacity for part-load efficiency
  • Built for continuous duty in critical facilities

Capacity options

Pick a size to enquire about.

Room sizes are a starting guide. Sun exposure, occupancy, ceiling height and equipment all affect the right capacity, so we'll confirm it on site.

Where it's used

Typical applications

  • Hospitals
  • Factories and process lines
  • Malls
  • Hotels
  • IT parks
  • Plastic and pharma units

Before you buy

Things worth knowing

  • Water-cooled chillers are more efficient but need a cooling tower and water treatment
  • N+1 redundancy is recommended for critical facilities
  • Plan plant-room or rooftop space, pumps and piping early

Questions

Water chillers: common questions.

Something else on your mind? Call +91 88013 81405 or send an enquiry.

Air-cooled or water-cooled?

Air-cooled is simpler with no cooling tower or water use. Water-cooled is more efficient for large, continuous loads where water is reliably available.

Do you service existing chillers?

Yes. We handle breakdowns, annual maintenance, tube cleaning, refrigerant work and controls on most major brands.
